This customer never understand.
he paid $14 paypal to my paypa account for paypal vcc.I given paypal vcc.but after 2 days,he said need $5 balance for pay something.I told you that send some more money for $5 topup.But he said that no need vcc and need refund.
I told you ok,but my indian pp cant sent to someone .only can refund when i get balance.But still i didnt get my pp account balance.so i offer $5 topup as free coz i ddint get balnce.but even not accept.
so never understand this guy.I am selling here more than 10 yrs.I made biz many thousand of dollers.How can i scam just $14 paypal ?
I made mistake that even accept pp as this new Guy.If accept only btc,i would already refunded. Quote:
