Can we pay Amazon fees using an AMAZON PRO SELLER VCC? Not only for the initial registration, but also in the future — if there are insufficient funds in the Amazon seller account, can Amazon charge the fees directly to the VCC? (In other words, can we top up the VCC to cover Amazon fees?)
