Hi. I would like more information about the Amazon Seller VCC. Can it have an amount added to the card like $50 or $100 dollars in case of Amazon randomly checking the card with a small temp. purchase. Would need it for an account based in South America.

I have new Euro bin vccs for UK and euro paypal accounts(Very good bin)
Euro bin will not show as prepaid card.Will show debit or credit card.so this is very good for your paypal accounts

Very fast response. But card doesn't work on eBay. Tested multiple cards multiple times. Did not work. Tried different product for small amount on another website and worked. Now I have balance on card I cannot use.
