Even so, you do not need a bank account to be able to sell on Ebay?

Hey anyone got screwed and got sold an account from Sri Lanka . I did and it was so useless. Then the seller a well known one, made an excuse and lied about not knowing itSaid he would replace with a new one but ignored me. And I lost $350. I thought I would tell everyone my story |
