Hello, Can you explain the main difference between Vanilla visa gift cards and VCC. I live in the US and i can purchase a vanilla card down the street but i am interested in purchasing a VCC because you guys taught me how to make a stealth account. Thank you. I want to use either/or to verify paypal as well as pay ebay seller fees. thank you.
