One of our accounts got suspended multiple times due to ODR (this caused by dirty competitors). I was able to get it reinstated successfully by myself the first couple times until Amazon denied my last POA. I thought Amazon put the last nail in the coffin for this account, so I gave up.

I have been around the forum for almost 8 years and found Josh is the best person who is offering acct reinstatement service. So I gave him a try and was very happy with the service. After Josh sent me a couple of POA and our account got reinstated eventually. The result turned out perfectly as expected.

Here are a few things I would say about his service.
- Fast response.
- Very knowledgeable (he really knows what he’s doing to help your acct to get reinstated).

- Nice person and a great man to deal with.

Update:
This is the 4th day since we paid for the premium service and forwarded/submitted all requested documents.
Sent an email requesting for any update yesterday, still waiting for response.
The 48 hours target in the OP might not always be true, to my understanding, it could depend on the severity of the situation.
As of now we are still waiting for any update, fingers crossed, hopefully our account will be reinstated anytime soon.

Not very satisfied with this service. Paid $300 and all I got was invoices and a copy and pasted action plan... Thats it. Sent it in and they said it was not enough information. Told josh and then he tried to upsell me a $500 service to get my account back. Declined and asked for additional help and have not heard back in two weeks. I understand its not guaranteed to get your account back, but c'mon $300 for a copy and pasted action plan and invoices that took probably like 30 minutes to make, no additional support? Very disappointed.

I'm very satisfied with Josh service, really he is awesome. The procedure took 2 months to get my amazon buyer account reinstated. Today i got that nice email stating that my account got reinstated i never believed it till i logged in into my account. There was $700 balance in hold cause they locked my account for proof of gift card balance receipts etc. He sent a first appeal then i got asked by amazon to fax the receipts again, i did .. but they sent me account closure email, so disappointing ... Than another appeal has been sent and was asked again for receipts to be faxed. I did not sent the fax and told Josh to escalate. He did his magic and i got the account reinstated :) i though my $700 balance will be lost forever keeping in mind it was purchased from bitrefill using bitcoin which is not an accredited amazon gift cards reseller. at last it is tough and long procedure you should wait guys and keep faith in Josh and amazon Specialist. Update:
Today (5th day) we received the initial set of invoice and appeal for Amazon, we requested Josh to amend some part of the documents. Our case is moving, now we are waiting for an update from Josh.

Amazon kept the balance withheld and they told me it was purchased from a not authorized third party ... so why they redeemed the gift card if it is not valid??

Josh please contact me back we need to escalate the release of the balance.

Three months ago I asked Josh for help after trying and failing myself to regain my seller account years ago. After purchasing the platinum service from this thread I received followup emails explaining in detail what to do and was able to perform the requirements within a few minutes. The hardest part has been waiting patiently as possible. Two months had passed and I was ready to give up because I started to believe I wouldn't receive any response like when I tried years ago. After a few followup responses through the appropriate channels from not receiving anything we waited another month and finally I have my seller account reinstated! If Josh can help my account be reinstated I believe he can help just about anyone. Thank you everyone who helped!

"It strictly says no refunds. We have done everything we possibly can to reinstate your account. Upon looking at the screenshots you have sent me, this was your fault. Its not being reinstated due to falsified invoices!

I cannot update the poa in these circumstances as it clearly stated on the annotations, block seller no matter what.

We have a full fledged business we are running, our terms are clearly set out in our advertisement and before purchasing, "No Amazon appeal is guaranteed"

2 months of us working towards reinstatement! does not warranty a refund. We never offer any refunds of any type."

Just to clarify this experience, the buyer made his own invoices (nothing to do with our service) hence was not reinstated. Screenshots clearly show this, as supplied to me by the buyer.

I wrote 5 appeals but since looking at the screenshots the buyer sent me (of which were sent to me at the very end of the appeal process)

You can clearly see that Amazon had annotated "Do not reinstated/ Block seller" under all circumstances.

Our work has been carried out 100% correctly and unfortunately this was lost due to an error made by the client
