I was a little sketched out with using this service at first but decided that if everything went bad I would just be $400 down.

Best case I would have an unbanned account.

Well, Josh had an appeal back to me within 24 hours for Violating Amazon's Pricing guidelines. Basically, we accidentally price gouged because of our repricer and got banned.

Josh was really professional and his appeal got us UNBANNED on the first try.

Thanks again and will be using Josh again if anything goes wrong in the future.

Do you have knowledge of Amazon suspensions of buyer accounts? My Amazon account has been "locked" likely for overuse of gift cards or buying gift cards with gift cards or multiple forms of payment. They have not sent me an email and my video subscription remains active. I am just unable to proceed to checkout currently. Thank you.

Can you still help with buyer account? US account, still just "temporarily locked" I am not sure I even need an "appeal letter" yet. I have contacted Amazon and they just assure me that an "Account Specialist" will be in contact and then I hear nothing back. I'm sure they are possibly behind due to COVID. I don't know if you have a better way of getting Amazon's attention. Please let me know if you can assist and I can give you details you need. Thanks!

Thanks josh! It took 3 months of work everyday. I was banned with 12k n 17 in inventory. It was a “new as used” suspension. Hell of a process but it worked
