any appeal can only do as much as possible through amazon rules

an appeal that was formulated considering past experience with amazon is better than one written without this. but you should not expect miracles

amazon mass suspend sellers and in many cases the decision on permanent ban had already been made before any appeal was filed , this especially applies to counterfeit complaints

you have a maximum of 4 weeks after suspension , if the account is not reinstated by then you can forget about it and go on with new ones

additional thing to consider are verification games being played by amazon where they do not want to tell that the account is toast but instead they demand the same docs again and again without stating any details what the problem is. in such a case 2-3 rejections are sufficient , you do not need to bother filing more

Update: Josh submitted us the documents requested, now we just wait and see if these invoices can pass.

you are not right about having only 4 weeks after suspension; but sometimes Amazon can just mark an account as DR/FW - it means deny reinstate final word; after that account is certainly doomed; but the only way to know this is by getting internal notes tbh.

as for strict timelines for appealing there are nones.

experience has shown that after a while there is no reinstatement anymore , this while can be several weeks plus/minus , it does not matter , if there is no resolution in the near future the account is gone

well it might depend on suspension reason sometimes; but in general it doesn't matter when you gonna send an appeal even if after several years from being suspended;

Yes true in past my account was suspended for other reason I applied after few months because I was busy whit other stuff on end they reinstate.

with suspensions for fraud , counterfeits and link to suspended accounts there is no chance they would reinstate after a significant period of time

and these 3 reasons are far the most common ones down here
