He just messaged me multiple times during my vacation, pushing me to provide him with recipient PayPal address. Not able to wait or deal with appropriate patience to have everything done in awesome way. Looks like my time was wasted to comment on this.

You won’t be able to leave feedback if you don’t use the service. iTrader Feedback is for the transaction itself. Neither buyer or seller can leave feedback if no transaction has taken place.

Any seller has the right to refuse business. That doesn’t warrant a negative itrader.
