Hi please PM me I need 4 defects removed from my Ebay account. I have been a top rated seller for 2 years and EBAY had a technical glitch which caused some refunds I sent to not process resulting in 4 defects that dropped me below standard. RIDICULOUS I called so many times to explain.

QUICK REVIEW OF SERVICE -

Just wanted to quickly endorse and share that I had an excellent experience using this service. Emporium responded very quickly to my questions - and they successfully removed a defect within 1 or 2 days of my request. Two weeks have passed since then and have had zero issues.
