Hello I have a few question before buying

I already have an Amazon account ( not stealth ) but i am willing to have a stealth account to sell my items

My question is:

1. Can i use the stealth amazon account without vpn ? or i can use Nordvpn ?

2. I have to use my real address and name ? like the original account ?

3. How to transfer the money i got on the stealth account to my bank account , i use payoneer, can i use the same payoneer account to transfer my money ?

4. Can you create the amazon account for me and insert the vpn after i have order?

5. Can i pay by paypal only as i don't have the other kind of payment

Services of this seller not recommended from my side.

1st purchase: EU card was declined by amazon, needed 5 days to get a replacement.

2nd purchase: Clearly messaged seller that I need USA card. Card was declined and account went into utility bill request. Wrong replacement was issued for the second time and now 2 cards in seller central are not working. Apprently seller did not notice that I need USA card 2 times in a row. Sent screenshots but seller is still not convinced that cards are invalid. Also took 5 days to notice payment in his paypal account.

I believe he can deliver, but next time will shop somewhere else.
