Hello, Are you still offering UK VCCs for Paypal please? What are the expiry dates and what advantage is there in showing as a credit card rather than a debit card? Would payment be in US dollars or UK pounds ? Can they be used with any address and how long does i t take to get the cvv number ? Are they visa cards as this needs to be entered along with the card number? Thanks in advance, Bob...

Can someone tell me how is a VCC even approved in USA paypal/ebay? I'm about to purchase about 10staleth account without 21days hold and hopefully not required to transition to MP by the end of the year. I need to milk ebay asap and start saving my money start anazon wholesaling.
