Like with anything sold on this forum there is no 100% guarantee, I will attempt 3 times to get this vero issue resolved and have a very good success rate.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING 120 POUDNS

(maybe he can help in your type of vero but i showed him my notice said he can try and help but no guarantee. he did not even try to help and has just kept the money

i paid 120 pounds

he emailed me saying to email ebay asking for brand name contact info
(even though email from ebay says you can not reply to this email and there is no way for me to email ebay)

also wants me to provide invoices
and since i can not is just making accusations about the items so thinks has the right to keep the 120

for just emailing me telling me to email ebay asking for brand name contact info

You were told that this service is not for counterfeit goods, you were sent 17 message and you havent replied for over a week

I got a message today from Ebay

Your listing didn't follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.

how to avoid this I heard about some algorithm that helps you to hide your listing from this kind of restriction

Does anyone hear about that kind of algorithm?

I used a.v.limited's vero removal service and paid for 4 removals. 2 of my listings were restored, which was about the best I was realistically hoping for. Btw these were months old and still got restored.

In my case 2/4 listings were restored, but it took weeks to even get that and a.v.limited didn't give up. All in all I'm glad to have some restored as it gives me some peace of mind for my account.

I used this vero removal service, paid £125 and unfortunatelly it was unsuccessful. There is no proof of a.v.limited(seller of this vero removal service) attempt to remove it as it was done “by the phone”.
Just thought buyers of this service should know that. Peace.

You were told of this before you had paid, if you didn't want the service you should not complain. I told you that in your case it was very unlikely it would be removed

No, you did not tell me that it was very unlikely that it will be removed. And I am not complaining, I’m just telling my experience with your service, where do you see complaints?

You said you will try to remove it and that there are no refunds. You probably tried (by phone (no proof)) unsuccessfuly, that’s okay, I knew my chances, just telling the story so others would know how it goes, no complaints.
But you never told my chances wether it is likely or VERY UNLIKELY it would be removed.

I was selling digital products on ebay. Ebay removed some of my items. could you restore it? What are the details / documents I have to provide? Let me know.

You have to send invoices for the purchase of the product, and in some cases bank statements showing the purchase of those products. but if they downloaded them through VeRo, don't publish it again

As far as I know, VERO is different. eBay has nothing to do in VERO cases. The product I sold is kaspersky. These companies hire a third party to find and report a ebay listing. Ebay remove those listings. Seller need to contact that third party company and send invoices, and other documents if there is a necessary. Then the third party company contact ebay and restore the listing. This is the actual process.

Ebay pre-approved sellers can sell digital products outside of the Everything Else > Information Products category. I would like to become pre-approved seller. Please let me know if anybody can do it for me.
