Hello I am fairly new to all this eBay Stealth , i already purchased the book & bought 2 accounts

Now im planning to create my own account

I see all my accounts I bought are all ready/verified just need to attach he bank account

Im making a new account i see i need a credit card/debit card to verify so i would to purchase VCC for paypal off you (this covers any address correct?)

now one question what is AVS? is it another type of vcc? because i did try to put on my debit cards but it wouldn't allow me cause of the address
