eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I bought an UK Amazon account three years ago. Last week I needed to update my payment information and I used a brand new credit card. But I filled in a different name for the credit card holder, then, my account was immediately suspended.
Amazon said that my payment information could not be verified. Do I need to pay for your service to get my account back?

Hello! I need 5-10 (maybe more) VCC for UK PayPal every day, but there are some questions:
1. Is it possiple to pay for them by PayPal?
2. Could you provide me with a card/bank statement (without your private details) if PayPal account with your VCC is limited?

Card bought for ebay , you can use card in one service only you cant use in multiple services card is set to prevent misuse .

vcc on ebay is re-loadable and can used to pay ebay fees if not why.
