I bought an UK Amazon account three years ago. Last week I needed to update my payment information and I used a brand new credit card. But I filled in a different name for the credit card holder, then, my account was immediately suspended.
Amazon said that my payment information could not be verified. Do I need to pay for your service to get my account back?

1. Is it possiple to pay for them by PayPal?
2. Could you provide me with a card/bank statement (without your private details) if PayPal account with your VCC is limited?
