I have trouble with my paypal being limited after accidentally logging on paypal with VPN. They're now asking me to verify my account with a credit card and proof of address.
Would I be able to use your VCC for that purpose of unfreezing my account?

probably i answered in previous posts itself that seller reserves right to choose their method.seller has rights to choose which method they can accept from buyer..it depends on the seller as we also want to protect our self.
