Communication was very smooth. I do not prefer skype for any communications. Xenix then offered gtalk for conversing. That was better than skype in my opinion. However I would much rather have Jabber with OTR installed. Or at least a popular IM client (AIM,MSN,Y!) with OTR plug-in installed. Gtalk was sufficient for this request.
VCC was received within moments of request. It was applied to account with ease the first time. The BIN of VCC pulled up Virtual Debit from Russian Federation. A personal preference over the more common Asian BINs. To each their own though.
Xenix cares about customer satisfaction. He wanted me to know that he stands behind his product and will do everything in his power to make the transaction the best. And he did just that.
