Hello, I need urgently VCC ( visa card) , Sorry in advance for my many questions, but I a first time that I'll buying VCC for this forum. Can I use this VCC to verify my Paypal account, Can I withdraw my money from my Paypal account to this VCC ( I have a stealth account in country where this option is available).Can I use it to do shopping online? Hey do you offer cheap VCCs that can be used worldwide (not USA/CANADA/UK..but non-AVS areas or Asian)? They don't have to even have money on them. I had a provider where I was getting .50 or .05 cards for $1.00-$2.00 and they haven't responded to messages lately and before I went back to entropay thought I'd ask around. If you sell them, please PM!

Can you load funds to these vcc? For example a vcc with $40 on it.

I would like to use one for a USA paypal because I want to buy something. The paypal is already fully verified (vcc, vbv, telephone number)
