My credit card expiration date is listed as “08/18”.
Why did I receive a message from amazon?

Unable to charge
Amazon is not able to charge with the listed charge methods. This could be either due to incorrect details or lack of bank’s permission for respective marketplace.

Is this account not enough balance? Why amz rejected it?

I previously purchased Amazon accounts from ELMO, but it appears as if he is not offering accounts any longer.

Therefore, I will have to create my own account.

Assuming I purchase the Stealth Guide, is the only other thing I need the VCC from you?

what im confused about is the amazon VCCS with preloaded money inside.

They only last for 2-3 months? Amazon requires you to have a valid credit card AT ALL TIMES even if you have thousands of dollars in your amazon account. So that means, we have to get a amazon vcc from you every 2-3 months during the lifespan of the amazon account? Thats expensive...

Hey, you should PM me if you're experiencing any issues. That's a quicker way to resolve problems. ;)

And the issues that were caused - is due to change in Amazon's system or etc. - they just for some reason don't like the previous card BIN anymore.

But that's not a problem. I have several other working cards along with long expiry ones as well. :)

same problem like the above.
I have purchased the card one week ago wit the expiry date 09/2018 and same message is from amazon that they are unable to charge the card.
Please resolve it

Probably the card's balance is empty. Amazon charges a small amount for each disbursement. So if you eventually run out of $$ - they can't charge the card and say it's "invalid". :)

Hey,

PMed you. There are a few options - you can purchase $5 balance card and pay the PRO fee from your sales balance or get a $45 card and pay the first month's fee from the card and later - from the balance of your account. : )

i have not paid no where and have not used the balance.
you said it will work for more than 2 months but it does not look right after 1 week i have to pay you again $19.

Because you've used up all the balance on the card. Probably purchased something.
And no, you won't have to pay me every week or month, just have in mind that VCCs balance is limited and you can't spend it somewhere else, because later amazon will fail to charge it if it's empty. :)

Yes it is. Other way around it is to use a fresh real credit card not used with any of your accounts before. Otherwise you will have to update with a new vcc every couple of months or even earlier because amazon restrict them even earlier sometimes.

Does your Vcc ( for Amazon prime) required verification by Amazon?
I bought another Vcc from a seller in this forum and Amazon requested for verification.
