I did answer to everyone now. To some - sent replacements.
As I said to everyone - amazon currently is now banning VCC bins very hard. So it's pretty tricky to find a working solution.

With that being said - I haven't forgot anyone who are still waiting for delivery. Posting on thread won't really quicken the things up.

But I'm really sorry for the delay though. I'm doing everything I can to get things back on track.

Just letting everyone know that all issues are solved now.

After rigorously testing dozens of VCCs I found a stable working option now.
What's different now is that cards will be valid for 2-3 months.

However, they will cost less as well.

UK, USA, EU, etc. Amazon VCC ($5 balance, works with disbursements) -- $59.
UK, USA, EU, etc. Amazon VCC ($45 balance for PRO Subscription, works with disbursements) -- $129.

Also - it'll work for any Amazon location - either it's US, UK or FR - doesn't really matter. :)
