Suspended Amazon withdraw money

I received email from amazon when it was suspended.
9 October 2016 i show the balance on my account but i cant withdraw the balance when i can withdraw it?

It means they hold your money for at LEAST 90 days...

Might show up in the next few days then - don't bet 100% on it but possibly tomorrow or day after

Need to meet both conditions:
1) more than 90 days since suspension
2) hit the disbursement day (once per 14 days).

So the actual wait period can be 90-104 days.

Or longer if they decide to hold it for whatever reason.

A transfer to your bank account ending in 7234 in the amount of $689.48 is scheduled for Oct 12, 2016. Funds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
