amazon seller account suspended inauthentic item
 

Please help, yesterday my Amazon Seller Account was suspended due inauthentic items, I'm sure they are authentic, they're requesting me invoices, which I don't have...also a plan of action, still don't send anything finding out who can help... thank you.

Any warning before?
How old account is ?

If you don't have invoices then how do you know they are indeed authentic?

You'll need to reply to amazon with invoices proving they are authentic products

That is really the only way to go about that situation

But often, items can be bought from swap meets or other venues where no province (chain of supply to a "legitimate" source) can be made.

Surely, there are items being sold that are 20 to 50 years old. And they are asking for invoices for these items? Is that fair?

...and maybe it is not fair. Then the question becomes, can one fool Amazon with made up invoices? Does that work?
