Regarding Amazon Suspension Appeal...

Has anyone used a service to help get the account reinstated?

Here's a message that I got from Amazon:
You may no longer sell on Amazon because you have sent us documents that appear to be manipulated or forged. Your listings have been removed from our site, and we are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items that caused “inauthentic” complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

I'm deciding between going stealth or appealing.

You need to explain what was the issue and what you provided to them

Documents appear to be manipulated or forged? Did you send mediocre quality? You can appeal on that matter but stealth backups should be built regardless

The documents were not authentic. I used a service online that helps with invoices and it looks like they figured it out. Other people who used the same service got suspended too.

How should I structure my POA? I read the other post about the guy who got suspended for leaving feedbacks and I can see that the only possible strategy here would be to admit it.

Just go ghost.Your odds of being able to explain and convince amazon why you falsified accounts is slim to none

I've seen this happen a lot recently.

It seems that they are looking for something which this does not fulfill.

I've gotten it on my own private label products with my own website. I didn't think much about it, but didn't think I'd get accused of sending ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices.

I haven't managed to convince them yet that it's real.
