new vpn and new vmware?

I want to login to my old amazon account but i lost the vmware and the vpn is already expired. Can i use a new vpn and create a new vmware to access to my old Amazon account? Will it trigger a review?

in that case, yes of course you can. Make sure you have your 2 step verification stuff ready. If you don't have a static IP, a router restart and new VM might do the trick and you don't need a new VPN.

You should be OK as long as you have access to the phone number used for 2fa and you don't start changing bank details or listing risky items outside of your normal account behaviour

this thread was about a SUSPENDED account. You can't get suspended twice. So it should be ok in the case of a suspended account to sign in from a different IP.

Changing you IP in general is not a problem as long as the new IP wasn't connected to a suspended AMZ account.
