appeal suspension for metric > 1%
 

My account is new, I have 3 items for sell list as Used and one was sold. After the deliver, buyer opened claim and gave negative feed back. Amazon did denied the claim and closed it but today my account was suspended for metric > 1% . How do I appeal this one? should i just say it wasn't my fault to Amazon? Please advice, thank you very much.

You need to write out a POA that addresses the issues on the account

Google your specific suspension and you will find lots of examples of how people worded theirs.

Choose the best parts/ideas and develop your own :)

Ugh... this is the problem with amazon... ignorant stupid buyers can ruin your account just like that.

really true, it's just stupid and Amazon turn a blind eye into this unfair decision.

BS how you could of done better service and prevented the transaction from going bad. In the future if you are a low volume seller you'll need to cave into these scammers to protect your account.

As elmo said do some research...If I can add you want to make it as short and sweat as possible. Dont be the 40 year old virigin begging for a date. 3-4 sentences.

May I ask what documents you provided, license, utility bill etc to get your account verified?
