Amazon wants invoices
 

i started selling yesterday and az is asking for invoices for three of the products im drop shipping from walmart
what kind of docs can i send them? will receipts from walmart be good enough or do i need invoices from the supplier?

To sell on Amazon again, please send the following information to pq-seller-assessment@amazon.com:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

We will review your information and decide if you may sell on Amazon again. If you do not send the required information within 17 days, we may no longer allow you to sell on Amazon. Failure to provide us with the information above may result in us permanently withholding any payments to you.

get the receipts from walmart with the items listed and try that.

It says "may be inauthentic" which usually means your competitor reported you.

just go to the customer service in the walmart branch where you've purchased your stuff , and ask them for stamped invoice , i think it would work .

but notice that amazon will ask for invoices for each item you sell on their site , you can do a small trick by buying for example 100 items seperated to groups ( 10 items per group ) from multiple walmart branches , get the stamped invoices and then return the items after within the return policy period , i've tried it before and it worked for me .

Make yourself some invoices brother and shove it down their throats with a swift and clear mini POA. The answer to your question about if Walmart receipts fail, is your account done. The answer is yes, absolutely. I will not deny that there is a chance that the receipts will work, however, the odds are not in your favor. Take your time -- bust out some legit invoices -- and most importantly, upon the completion of your invoices, print them out and then either scan them back into your system or take photos from a smartphone & upload. Amazon strips the metadata from every file that is sent to them. This is by far the most common reason sellers get hit for submitting ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents. Good luck.

I learned a company had reported us for "inauthentic" because we accidentally went below MAP pricing. We did eventually get a retraction and are able to sell items again as the supplier who reported us was same one that sold to us.

No, it shouldn't. Just ahve those invoices / receipts ready if they work this time.

At the extreme you can try getting a certificate or approval letter from the manufacturer then give it to amazon in the future also.

But honestly, if I were you, I'd kick up my back up amazon ghost account and start selling there and let this one cool down

Basically invoices or ig you have any agreements with the manufacturer to distribute the said products. A certificate of approval, things like that

It's really up to the monkeys reviewing your documents. Just do the best you can and hope for the best.

This is why I always tell people, get the amazon ghost if you are serious about making money.

As I mentioed before and I hope orange would actually read what I said:

Inauthentic complain -> no invoice to prove authenticity -> No money

So he needs invoices which he can be creative to get one.

Can you just use batch purifier to strip the metadata? Or maybe the fact that the metadata is stripped, makes them look at it again?
