Listings still active (for now), Amazon requesting invoices
 

Hi,

Does anyone know if services are still being sold on aspkin for invoice requests by Amazon? I can't seem to find it now, but I swear I've seen it in the past.

Hello,

In order to ensure the authenticity of items for sale on Amazon, we are reviewing your inventory for the ASIN listed below. Your listings are still active, but we would like to work with you to complete our review.

Within 7 days, please reply to this email with the following:

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, or we are unable to confirm the information you provide, we may remove your listings."

Any help would be appreciated!

You need to provide invoice to them or after 7 days they will block your listing

Get the offical distributor list and get creative

It also seems like from what you're saying this isn't so much them preventing me from selling but just blocking that specific listing.

Although unfortunate because I made a lot of sales recently as the lowest seller on that item (which is probably why they're checking), it's not the end of the world if it's the listing that gets blocked. I'm more worried if my account gets blocked.

Regardless, I think it's important to do this well so they get off my back in the future too (hopefully)

Be careful with that listing. If you do not have legitimate invoices to back up the purchases it would be safer to move onto other less high risky products.

what is this distributor list? you mean a list amazon has of their "approved" distributor list? does someone have this??

Depends on category and item being sold...different approved lists can be found and "had fun with"...

Not on this site - research is done elsewhere - you have to know well the market you are selling in...takes time and rarely is the best info easy to find

It looks like Amazon has a bot to reject invoices this day, I sent my invoices that they used to accept in the past, and now they all get auto rejected within 10 mins after submission. It used to take a day or 2 for seller performance to reply with info, now everything just get deny automatically

How would they know to auto reject specific invoices? Sounds more like they just don't care what you submit.
