Has anyone tried arbitration to get their Amazon account unsuspended? What are the chances it will work?

You dont have a right to have an account with Amazon

If they want to close an account down they can do.

No one is going to be able to force amazon to reopen your account. It’s a waste of time and money even trying

James is 100% correct. It’s their platform. They can do as they please. Using a lawyer to get your account back is throwing good money after bad. You got the kids of death email. Get the Stealth Book. Read. Read again. Ask questions here and move on.

I know that I agreed to Amazon's policies about how they can ban you whenever they feel like it, but from my understanding, if the judge rules that Amazon isn't being fair, they can force them to unsuspend me.

You are grossly misinformed. A judge cannot force them to allow you to sell on their private platform. That’s non sense.

That's why you need to learn to make multiple ghost accounts then....sad to say. It is terrible though to get suspended

You dont have a basic right to sell on Amazon

No judge would be able to force Amazon to do anything

Getting reinstated from arbitration should not be very hard

If you buy the products from Walmart, you should have purchase receipts that show those purchases

Amazon can't be reasoned with. You have to simply fly under the radar...by creating stealth accounts.
