Anyone's UK Amazon Seller Account Suspended?
 

Hi, I believe that Amazon is getting more and more strict and Specially on Amazon UK.

I have created this Thread to discuss Specially UK Seller Account HERE.

Amazon Seller Central UK, people having issues with following and anything should discuss here.

I haven't seen any recent anomalies except that AMZ is still purging on VCCs

Trying to have eveyrhing related to amazon UK sellers accounts in a single thread doesn’t make sense

It would be really hard to find issues relating to a single problem

At the moment a single issue in a single thread makes finding related problems and topics a lot easier

Something like an FAQ for Amazon UK sellers accounts make more sense like we have already for eBay UK

an Exclusive FAQ for Amazon UK seller accounts

You realize
that always in this period of return of the vacations in Europe
(end of August / beginning of September)
the chance to be suspended increases dramatically?

Does anyone have any idea how long they stay like this? (Very strict)
maybe at the end of September they return to normal ..??

Hi All,
I just had an account in one of my families names. At verification it didn’t pass and they didn’t give a reason after providing Bank statements. I presume that they may have seen a couple of names in the statements whose accounts they have closed before. However can this not be appealed to show there is no connection with the account and an old suspended of a family member should not entail another account is closed. Everybody is entitled to have their own account whether their family has been suspended or not!

I have appealed twice but the response has been they can’t disclose the reason.

Can somebody take this case on for me?

Not much to really take on. If they are not letting you sell they are not letting you sell I’m afraid

I doubt it’s down to seeing names that have been banned before on a bank statement though

So i can’t imagine why they would suspend the account when everything was legit except the account holder address was made up on bank statement but looked real.

I recently got a silly warning from one account.

Replied to a few messages from a buyer on Amazon.it and got this stupid warning from performance.

Translated to English

I see that you may not have provided the customer service in the official language of Amazon.it. At the Amazon.it sellers are required to provide customer service in Italian, unless a buyer does not require assistance in another language.

If you continue to send junk mail to members of the community Amazon.it, we may revoke the authorization for the sale of Amazon.it.
