Invoices for USED items
 

Hello,
I opened a new account and added the product. After that, I immediately received a request for invoices. I have not saled this product and its condition was "USED". The quantity in the inventory = 1. Tell me what to do in this situation? Can I write to Amazon that I added the product by mistake or write about the fact that I bought it in a retail store and selling it in the used condition?

Then they'd want to see the receipt from the store.

You really can't make a mistake with them.
Only way is to give them what they want.

Will the Amazon call the store to confirm this, as in the case with the invoices?

They could yes. So give them the receipt. It should be an easy fix at this point.

I have not receipt because it is dropshipping.

wait, so you drop shipped a a used item from your source to your customer?

You really need to give us the full detail here, otherwise it'd be pointless for us to try help you.

If you have added only one product to your inventory than you can tell Amazon that it was your own used item which you have received as a gift, but you should give us more details about what product was that. Is it high risk item, usually they don't ask an invoice for an used items.

I was selling used drills. In inventory I have 1 piece. But also in the inventory I have a drills from the same brand (200 SKU - 1 piece for each SKU). All SKU in "Used" condition.

regardless you should have some kind of receipt or paper trail that you bought it from that source of yours.

Contact them so they can give it to you if they don't already have on your email

You should be getting invoices from the supplier still even if it is drop shipping

Provide them to Amazon

The item you listed was high risk and triggered amazon automated system to request for invoices.

You have to pretty much provide an invoice for the product. You can find it for sale online and buy 1 to get yourself a legit invoice
