My Story is incredible.

New legit account.
I make new product and sent It to my friend for buy and feedback release..
Account BANNED.

After 1 week Jeff Bezos Team reinstate my account.

I add 2 product and finally start ti work.

After 24 hour account suspended for :
You offer product for which authenticity is disputed.
Send invoice , brand authorization letter and supllier info.

I send all info except letter because when I add products it was not in any way required.

Result? Account suspended and no more answer .

I have not sold anything, I have not received complaints. tell me how an organization like Amazon can allow this.

Any idea? Any retarded Amazon team can help me?

Cause of suspension very very very stupid.

"You offer product for which authenticity is disputed" and Amazon write two Asin of products recently add.

what is the reason? I have not sold anything, I have not received complaints from both customers and the rights holder.

I'm trying to sell Microsoft Office.
My supllier have website, and Is an official brand supllier
I have regular invoice

I don't have authorization letter and frankly it was not written anywhere that it was mandatory

Microsoft Office? Do you have authorization from the distributor or Microsoft to sell it?

I know that selling this on eBay can be a big problem. I don't don't exactly how Amazon would deal with it, but I assume it's going to be more or less the same.

Are you calling the people at Amazon Retarded? That might not be such a good idea despite how upset you are.

This product is too dangerous to sell - especially on new account...kind of doubtable about the "official brand supplier" and "website".

no, I have no authorization but the absurd thing is that I was not asked. I bought the products from regular supplier, authentic, distributor and with regular invoice. what rule can I have broken to decide to suspend me? Zero sales and accounts suspended two hours after the addition.

they accepted it. what they keep asking is the authorization letter .... but you understand that a new seller can not know these things

Sadly, with Amazon, "not knowing" is not an excuse - they are very tough on inauthentic claims....very tough to fight off this especially with Microsoft products since the market for f*kes is VERY high :(

ok, it's true. Not knowing can not be an excuse. but without any Sale, without any complaint you can not put a new seller at the door. for me it changes little in the sense that I will create 100 ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts but for a company like Amazon it is not so good

That is the way it is, also for eBay/PayPal. You have to live with that.

Christmas is also a bad tme for that kind of business... surveillance is tighter and accounts dies very easily.
