tarajean30 | 02-19-2019 08:23 PM | Crazy Long Suspension - Emailed Jeff My Amazon account got suspended 40 days ago for selling inauthentic items. I went back and forth with appeals through Amazon seller performance and got the kiss of death email, "we may not reply further to this issue."
So, I escalated and emailed Jeff B. I was shocked to get a reply within a week from that team, saying that they are still reviewing my account and will email me when they finish reviewing my account.
I heard from my supplier that Amazon had called them to verify the products that were in question .... Amazon told my supplier that they would call the following day, but they didn't.
It's been 10 days and I still haven't gotten a reply from Amazon. Will they ever reply? Do they sometimes forget about a case and never reply? Should I email or call someone?

P.S. This was the craziest suspension ever! I had a potential customer call me at my home with a question about an item that I had for sale. And from her calling Amazon, that triggered my suspension. Amazon is questioning that item that the customer called me about and the last 2 items that I had listed on Amazon (never sold any of the items. No buyer complaints). Doesn't seem fair! And they are holding $7000 of mine. |
