Amazon suspended after registration
 

Hello everyone!

My name is Lukas.

I opened my company here in Delaware. I got my EIN number, certifictaion of incorporation and agreement lease for my office from my agent.

I opened my Amazon account provide my passport with two names and surname.

I send payoneer account statemnt and Amazon accept my account, after 15 minutes I got e-mail that my account is under review, I need send them Utility Bill.

I respond three times with my utility bill, but Amazon do not let me sell on Amazon.

Note that I provide my debit card with personal address in Poland - Im not a U.S citizen..

Do You have any idea why Amazon not let me sell on Amazon.com ?

Should I provide cell phone bill with my business address?
I have no idea what I will do next... They do not response for my e-mail.

If everything you've provided is legit there should be no problems.

I have experienced this once before and it took about 2 days of back and forth with amazon but we were able to resolve things in the end, I would recommend calling up support and see if theres any information they can give you.

Support is unless.

I will open account in us with valid debit card link with my business address and set up mobile phone with business address as well.

I provided them agreement lease without my second name and they suspended me.

Are there any phone numbers for seller support? It seems they removed this altogether recently and its not even possible to go through customer support ---> seller support either.

You can download app Amazon Seller and there You have seller support contact.

Then put your phone, amazon will call You back.

But for suspended account seller support won't help.

I seen your thread on forum and know your place in Poland, now my account got problem and Amz need me send to them Utility bill, but i can not find out the form for remake with my account name, then can you help me send to me 1 picture of form your country Utility bill? one or two that good for me

if you can help we can be friend and share expirence about suspend of amz and how to solve that

Can you request this on a PC?

I've logged into my suspended seller account on my phone before so I dont want to login to my active account on my phone.

Does AMZN accept Payoneer Bank?
