Does Amazon use Unavailable Balance for refunds?

My seller account was suspended today.

It now has a $2000 "Unavailable Balance."

After this suspension, I issued my first refund to a buyer.
Does Amazon use the money in my "Unavailable Balance" for the refund, or will money be ripped from my bank account?

If the refund is for a sale that has contributed towards this "balance", it should be removed from that for the refund
