Amazon UK Account Payment not released
Hi, My old Amazon UK account suspended due to 'so called' Amazon verification process on Oct 2018. Account was genuine and running since 3 years.
After all our tries included jeff email account didn't reinstated and Amazon said they will release my payment after 90 days.
After 90 days on Jan 19 we have emailed to Amazon and they said they will release payment after 5 days if we didn't get any issue in your account.
After 5 days we emailed again and they send me same email of 5 days.
It happened again and again.
After that I called to Amazon and support team said they will forward to concern department but no reply from them I called many times and send email them almost daily basis but not response from Amazon Team.
I am really disappointed how Amazon steal our payment and now not responding any more (very cheap attitude)
After 7 months i am positing here with hope that anyone can help me about this situation how to get my payment release from Amazon ? |
