Problem with validation new account
Hi everybody!
New amazon .us account on real details.After opening account and sending all required documets massage like this:
Dear
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please send the following:
-- Greater detail on the root cause(s) of
-- Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve
-- Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent going forward.
-- Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy.
I called after that to seller central and guy on phone told me what to send and he even checked if documents are enough.All docs according to amazon requirments.
Docs were sent and one day later next massage:
Please provide the following updated docs and confirm there is valid credit card on file:
-utility bill
- bussines licence
What they want now? All docs were sended !!!
