amazon associates got closed
Hey guys,
Im not sure if that is the right forum cause it deals with amazon seller accounts but I was wondering if I could get advice for my amazon associates account.
I recently bought an website and opened a new amazon associates account for it. After 2 months of holding my commission (50k$) on payday they decided to send me this pretty email:
Greetings,
Thank you for your interest in the Amazon Associates program.
After careful review of your Associates application, we've decided not to approve your application to become an Amazon Associate. Accordingly, we've closed the account.
We have taken this step because, we have previously closed an account that we have determined belongs to you or a person affiliated with you or acting in concert with you for violations of the Associates Program Operating Agreement, the Product Advertising API License Agreement, or one of the other Associates Programs operated by our affiliates.

At this point Im seriously shell-shocked, they held all my commission for that time and on payday they just close my account. At first I dont recall ever owning another account but I remembered I opened one 8 years ago or so but never sent any sales so it must have gotten closed for inactivity or something. I cant log in there anymore because I dont have access to that email anymore.
Is there any chance I can get my account reinstated? Any advice?
Alternatively I could maybe use my buddies account and invoice him every month but at this point Im not even sure if thats safe in case my site is now flagged.
If any of you have experience with those situation I would love some advice!!
