Violation claims from @163.com

The violation claims like copyright and trademark made by the owners to the seller on Amazon with their email ending in @163.com are phake?

that means the sellers are from China.

If the warning comes direct from Amazon, then you should take it seriously regardless.

Is it from amazon?

If it really comes from amazon, it's real.

Call amazon to be sure.

Yes call amazon to be sure but its likely to be phake.

If you have the option to appeal that its phake, i would highly recommend this.

Re: Violation claims from @163.com

it's better to just call in and ask.
If it's real , then you can ask them what the deal is and what you need to do.
