Advise on Amazon Plan of Action for Suspended Account
 

Hi all,

I've had a stealth account for a couple of years now. All has been fine and I got suspended for having an item in my inactive inventory that had an ingredient that was not allowed. They want a POA. I sent in one that was obviously not enough detail and they asked for more detail. Would this work? I don't want to keep sending them in if that is going to make it harder and I have reached out to someone that deals with suspensions but everything I read says this suspension is very easy to get reinstated with so I figured I'd ask for advise from the ones who have been there.. done that. Thanks for any feedback!

Yeah... neither did I! The item never had even one single item sold or even sent in. Has been inactive from day 1 but we didn't delete it... sigh.

it could be the bots,programmed to look at all inventory items.

Maybe speak to sellers in the marketplace who work on plans of action for Amazon

i totally get you...las year I had one of my products blocked for almost 3 motnsh and i was spending hours on calls with seller support and they just hept asking for POA which I wrote several times and got rejected every single time.

finally i lost my patience and I reached out for professional support because I was loosing business for too long. I don't remember exactly what that company was called but I think sth with sharks... shark mentors or shark coaches. Just google it and i'm sure you'll find them.
They were very nice and professional and handled the whole situation without my help and I got my product back on amazon quickly.

Aslong as you address what they are requesting and have a specific poa which addresses their issues then it should not be a problem

There is not just an easy answer for this POA situations. But there are some people working on these type of stuffs. Maybe you should try some pro help.

requirements from Amazon are becoming more strict. goal posts changed, and we are forever changing the appeals to suit.

Now seen more success with lazer specific POA
