Story:

2 years ago account was suspended. Appealed but was not reinstated.

1. My question is if I attempt to create a new account but am closed down again, can Amazon take any retaliatory legal action or am I being paranoid?

2. For example, can they attempt to contact my bank to get my bank account shut down, or other legal means to hold me legally liable for trying to circumvent their rules/regulations?

3. Or would they simply just close down second account and not go any further?

4. Has anyone heard of them going beyond just closing down the second account and pursuing legal means against an individual seller?

Hello,

not sure, whether it's the same company, but I've heard there is a company out there that can solve any amazon-related problems and people are quite happy with the results so you can give it a try maybe?

If you open the account with the same details, it will get shut down. If you open an account which can be linked to the suspended account it will be shut down. Amazon will not pursue legal action against you for opening a new account. They will just suspend it or delete it.

what do you consider linked? if one was getting a new account?
