Most vcc's don't, they were banned from amz. best to use your own with mismatching name.

This would probably explain why no one is responding to my request to buy an Amazon VCC in the Marketplace....

Anyone know if these anti stealth measures are affecting US or Europe as well?

You can use your own debit/credit card. You dont have to buy a VCC specifically for Amazon. Just make sure the cards not been used on Amazon before.

Can i use credit or debit card with my father name on it as we will have same billing address that is xyz?
PS: I already have one amazon seller account linked with my single member LLC, who's physical address is xyz.

You can use debit or credit, as long as the card hasn't been used before on amazon

Couple sellers still have working VCCs in the aspkin marketplace as well
