Related accounts suspension

Hello! Can u please help me with these particular questions ?

1. By what criteria is an account banned for related? (in our case: identical phones, the last 2 or 3 digits differ - can this be the reason for the ban related?)

2. What are the most common criteria for banning an account for Related to suspended one ?

3. Can there be a situation when a ban for a related can be hidden by a ban for utility ?

There are several reasons your account can be related and suspended. Some of it are listed below:
Cards used
Bank account
owners information
address
Computer Name and IP
Phone number
and other footprints that Amazon has established between 2 or more related accounts.
Amazon won't reveal to you the link they established
