Hello! I have some questions about the whole appealing process.

1) • Is it better to write an appeal on one page and regarding your problem or on 2-3 pages, but beautifully explaining all the points ?
Sometimes there are large number of violations on your account, which does not allow you to write an appeal of 1-2 pages, what to do in such cases ?

2) • How important is it to attach additional documents, which Amazon does not directly ask for, such as Quality Certificates, contracts with employees,etc. ?
Does the probability of being reinstated increase when u submit this additional docs ?

3) • What should be the size of the appeal ? If there are a large number of violations on the account and the appeal (detailed, structured) goes to 3-4 pages A4, does Amazon review it at all?

4) • How does the seller performance team review appeals ? What are they paying attention to? What are the reasons for not accepting the appeal?

5) • Do amazon employees have any appeal verification metrics regarding how much time they can review an appeal ?

6) • Is it better to tell the truth in root cause or just write a beautiful believable story ?

7) • How can you prove to Amazon that sometimes negative feedbacks are not left by real customers ?

In most cases the Appeal is just a hit or miss.

Even the suspension revoking companies, who identify themselves as a expert in this field. Wont guarantee your account would be reinitiated.

So, yes you would have to write a well-detailed, not too long appeal letter to Amazon with perfect English grammer and etc. You oculd also make use of Grammerly if necessary.

Though I dont doubt your English skills, you can never be too careful.

In my experience reinitaiting is always kindof a tedious process. And it always is a hit or miss.

So, I guess its a matter of luck.
