Hey guys. Maybe some of you have dealt with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP complaints ?

I have just received one for the wrong category.
And another one for TM infringement.

All 2 complaints are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ as I did not violate anything.

I am just wondering how can I prove to Amazon that these particular IP complaints are ⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗⊗ ?

If you are sure they are bogus claims, you can file a counter DMCA claim.

address it correct, precisely and efficiently

admit error and take responsibility whilst giving good reason that it wont happen again

Dont try to prove your point, and start an argument

Just admit and console them, they have 1000s of sellers we just need to be in their good terms to keep doing business with them.

Even if you try to prove your point they will simply keep sending you the same set of emails, again and again until you eventually give-up.
