Negative balance
 

My acc was banned due to negative balance.

Will i get my account reinstated by simply paying this negative amount ?

Did anyone have successful case ?

Are u 100 percent sure ?
it is kinda odd if there is no chance getting reinstated :(

If the only reason the shop got suspended was due to a negative balance, then paying your balance should reinstate your store

You would have to determine if that is the only problem/issue on the account

Usually that’s the case. Pay your dues and they’ll reinstate your account.

My acc was banned for Utility and they did not respond to my appeals.
Suddenly, they began to give response by saying that I have negative balance and If I want to continue selling and have my selling privileges fully restored I should pay this negative amount.

But I doubt they will reinstate my account right after I will pay this amount :(

So, I just want to know whether someone had this situation.

And the main question is, will I get my account restored by simply paying this exact negative amount or not ?

If they did not verify the shop with the information you provided, chances are they will not reinstate it once you pay your balance.

You have nothing to lose except for the negative balance if you want to try recovering the shop

Ok, so AZ is complicated.
Only beacuse you take care of one thing doesn't mean it's all good.

If they suspended you for docs and negative balance bills, then you need to take care of them both.

Are you absolutely sure it's the doc that got you suspended and not just what you owe them?

I guess the main problem is Utility Bill and negative balance is like secondary one.

I agree with you, but I do not want to pay this negative amount for nothing to be changed.
