Getting Amazon Reinstated
Hi,
My account was suspended back in April of this year. Since I had gotten the suspension I had always been communicating with notice-dispute@amazon to appeal my account.
I never supplied them with a proof of purchase which is what they wanted within the 17 day window and I got locked out of my account. Since then I have sent about 3-4 appeals, all rejected. Its just a generic email asking for more information in regards to my plan of action etc.
I just got my access to my seller account back, where I can appeal and also challenge the reports with respect to saying they were incorrect with providing proof of purchase..... Is challenging it via the website while your logged in your account more impactful relating to having a person review it and getting the account reinstated??? It seems like I'm making progress and expecting with proof of purchase I should get my account reinstated, that is if appealing via logged in my account is more impactful??
