Failed tax interview too many times, then suspended?
 

I made a new stealth account and everything was going very smoothly. Upon registration I did have to provide driver's license and a bank statement.

The next screen said I'll hear from them in about 10 days. My failed attempts had always said 2-3 days, so I figured I was doing something right with this account.

Passed the original test.

Now it says the tax interview info I provided does not match IRS records. After a few failed attempts at passing they suspended me and put me under review, now they are asking for a bank statement which I just sent. I know the tax info I gave them is correct. Does Amazon see the name and address of what we enter of the interview or is it confidential and they just cross check it with the IRS? I'm wondering if thats the case since the name and address don't match.

Far as I know, Amazon is not privy to the IRS info.

Their question is “ Does the info supplied match IRS records. Y or N.

You got NO because toy were already aware of the information differences.

That is what I always thought too - that they can only verify the tax info but don't actually get to see the info on the tax interview. The tax info I put in was correct, and the LLC isa a few months old.

Double check your LLC information, could be as simple as a typo.

If its 2 months old it should already be in the system

Only issue I can see is if you previously used your LLC info on another account
