Legal Action against Amazon? - Recover balance from buyer acc
 

So Amazon.us suspended my account with almost USD 1600 of balance inside.

The wealthiest company in the world from the country of freedom, just freely stole me 10% of my net worth.

Is there any kind of legal action I can take to recover my money?

I was suspended (I think, since I was never told why) due to high volume of legal gift cards (I have all the gift cards and its receipts which were paid in cash, no possible fraud on it). Maybe 30% of my purchases I used to do it with legal gift cards, the rest with my own credit cards.

Account from 2014, prime, never had any issue. Banned from one day to another without any warning or anything.


Do I have any legal choice? (considering I'm not an USA citizen).

Contact them regarding your account to unlock it and upload all gift card receipts and cards to the escalation team email. Also send them over fax. Tell them you have been a customer since 2014 etc and all gift cards are your own. I had the same problem and got my account back with the balance by being persistent with them. Good luck.

Can you sign into your AMZN account?

Is there any chance AMZN have in fact deleted the account?

Preferably we have this info before we advise you.

I have already done this. Sent all the receipts by fax twice, and also by email.

The only card I have left to play is sending the email to jeff...

I don't think it's been deleted, because I still have access to my account from my phone.
