Utility Bill issue
 

Hello!

I have registered seller acc for LLC. I was asked to send Utility Bill.
I have sent original UB but with my first and last name, not with the name of the LLC (as the legal business name in my account).

And Amazon did not accept this utility bill.
Here is my question, should i provide them with a new utility bill simply indicating the correct legal business name on it instead of my first and last name ?

OR, should I do anything more that just submitting new utility bill ?

Send them everything they ask for .This request isnt new,most people on here know exactly what email your refering too.We also know it doesnt just state utility bills.The request also shows business license, are people ignoring that part for a reason?

Business license is required @if applicable@.

Your mistaking what if applicable actually means.It doesnt mean if your too lazy to go get one.If applicable means if your country /county or state just doesnt do them.If your from the usa or your deciding to use a usa address on your account a business license is actually the law for all businesses including online here with the exception of 1 state.If your a American citizen its actually pretty easy to obtain a general business license.Thats why amazon is asking for it,it proves how serious a seller you are.Trust and believe amazon has taken the time to learn your local laws.They will know if you do or dont have the ability to go and get one.

Its really simple when it comes to this. What they ask for is what you need to provide, and information needs to match up. Plain and simple.

seems to be they have technology to verifiy the bill now same like ID
they have something not sure what only genuine bills are working

My cousins account had legit everything and got this issue as well, he even sent his legit utility bill and they rejected it! Now we are at the point of just getting a new account from one of these members on here

is the property under his name?
